WHAT IS THE INTERNET DATA EXCHANGE (IDX) PROGRAM?
It is a system where brokers (Participants) give each other permission to display their
listings on broker and agent (Subscriber) sites. Brokers who participate in the program
(opt in) may display each other's active listings, which will be identified by a special IDX
logo. If you choose not to participate (opt out), then no other broker or agent will be
permitted to display your listings and you will not be permitted to display other brokers'
listings.
